From the Fuji headwaters
to the world.

We want to convey to the world the flavour, tradition and culture of Japanese Shizuoka, which has benefited from the bounty of nature.
Gennendo's soba noodles are made using techniques developed at the foot of Mt Fuji and offer a taste of Japan itself.

Focus on
freshness

Soba flour directly from Japan is made to order and put into the kettle.
We serve freshly ground, freshly beaten and freshly boiled JYUWARI-SOBA.

Focus on the
dipping sauce

The soup is made with three times as much dashi ingredients as the average one.
Three types of Japanese dried bonito and mackerel flakes and two types of soy sauce are blended together in a perfect balance to give the soup a strong dashi taste with a crisp aftertaste.
